🔹Rice Powder- We all know that rice powder is very good as a scrubber. It has been used since ages. We know that rice powder was used for cosmetic purposes at that time. 2 spoons of rice powder and 3 spoons of raw milk should be mixed well. Before taking a bath, apply it on the face and gently rub it in a circular motion. Then wash it off with water.


🔹Coffee powder – Mix 1 spoonful of coffee powder with 1 spoonful of milk and apply the mixture well on the face, neck, shoulders, neck and back. It will act as an excellent scrubber.

🔹Sesame – You can make a scrub with semolina. Grind semolina in a small mixer. Then mix 2 spoons of semolina and 2 spoons of milk well and apply this mixture on your face and scrub it.


🔹Lemon, sugar scrubber- mix lemon juice and sugar well and scrub your skin.

Before scrubbing you need to pay attention to some things like don't over scrub it can cause skin damage, redness on the skin. If redness appears on the skin then don't scrub every day. Stop scrubbing for a few days. If possible you can scrub twice a week.
